I called NY Senator Ball today, but to tell the truth all his aide wanted to talk about was the bill Ball was introducing that outlaws outing gun owners.
If we have gun confiscation, we won’t have to worry about who is outed since no one will have a gun.
“They will be basically not permitted to be transferred. They will be grandfathered in but not in terms of a transfer. There will be a registry,”
So let me get this straight if I lived in New York my son would not be able to inherit my firearms after I die. Sounds to me like a mechanism for confiscation if you ask me.
