(CNSNews.com) – President Barack Obama said Monday he would take executive action pertaining to gun control. Though he wasn’t specific, he said some would have to do with tracing guns.
Expected. He knows the GOP won’t challenge him and he is daring the Court to do something years from now.
I don't think Bonehead et.al doesn't have the stones to do it and he will never be convicted in the Senate to think otherwise is foolish. This is what the GOP gets with milquetoast moderate Mass republican't governors.
But Obama taught Con Law at the University of Chicago, only problem is he had and has no clue as to what the Constitution really means. He is one of those jerks that thinks the Constitution is a “living document” and can be changed to mean whatever they want it to mean at the time.
You left off those pesky Germans and Italians who were interned at the same time. The ones that the PBS-NPR-Ken Burns-types like to leave out of their documentaries.

Of course he doesn’t. He can order agencies under the Executive branch to do a lot of things...however, in matters as grave as having to do with the Second Amendment, the EO must have some basis, established relevancy and applicability to existing law to be ‘legal’.
That said, he’ll try it - have the ATF and DHS ban further imports of those nasty AK variants, ban foreign magazines, etc. He’ll even dangle money in front of the states to enforce bans on their own.
That said, and I’ve said this more than once here recently. I am NOT his employee, He can’t order ME to do squat. I am NOT his subject! I won’t comply to registration and I’ll resist confiscation.

As he undermines the Constitution, he undermines the legitamacy of his Oath of Office which is Constitutionally based. Hence he becomes a dictator.
How should we react to a dictator?
Any other action he might take is not Presidential; it is dictatorial, tyrannical, and a violation of his oath of office.
It is outrageous that we have elected dems on one side of the gun “debate” and private citizens like the NRA on the other. The elected beltway GOP is nowhere to found defending our rights.
McConnell and Boehner are trembling in fear of the dems on this issue... The dims throw bombs and they hide for cover under their desks instead of fighting back. Disgraceful.
