An explosive new coroner's report reveals Hollywood star Natalie Wood was likely beaten aboard her yacht before he went overboard and drowned in 1981.
The Los Angeles County coroner's examination of the Wood case also found flaws in 'every major' finding of the previous autopsy report that led medical examiners to rule the Hollywood star's death an accident.
It's the latest step toward settling the question of whether Wood was murdered, or whether she accidentally fell overboard on her 60-foot yacht and drowned - as the original police investigation concluded.
The new coroner's examination asserts that bruises found on the actress' wrists, knees, and ankles were consistent with her being beaten - not, as the 1981 report concluded, caused by her struggling to climb back aboard to yacht after falling over the side.

On a small boat, perhaps but not a 60 footer that would have a swim platform on the stern.......
Natalie Wood, Malibu, 1963
Now get to work on Breitbart and his dead autopsy investigator.
Now that’s the way I like to see my Wood wash up on shore.
Yeah, I was thinking about that too. I haven’t read about the original accounts, but I would assume that maybe she went over far enough away from the platform and then couldn’t get back to it. Maybe it’s both . . . maybe she was pushed over, and then not let back up?
That's more in line of what I was thinking too......
As you can see from the photo, there is no way anyone could even attept to climb back into that boat from the side, the edge of the boat is just too high above the water, they couldn't reach it.
I’ve read the account as to what happened. The most likely scenario that I’ve thought of is that, after a night of drinking, Robert Wagner got jealous because Natalie may have gotten a bit flirtatious with Christopher Walken and Wagner may have pushed Natalie overboard by accident.
I don’t think the prosecution could prove a murder charge, as they would have to try and prove intent, but they may be able to carry a manslaughter charge or an accidental homocidal charge. I think murder is out of the question.
She was drunk off her a$$. With a .14 blood alcohol content and the fact that she could not swim it would not be that hard to drown. Also, have you ever tried getting back into a boat in the ocean? If there is any kind of chop/wave action it can be very difficult especially if you have clothes on to weigh you down. Plus it was dark. Even in the summer the water out there is in the 60’s.
The reason I state all of these things is because I know of a man who died in Camden,ME harbor. He was a buddy of my father inlaw. He was an expert sailer and a very good swimmer. After a night of drinking he and his buddies went back to the boat. He decided to go out for one more drink by himself. They found him floating in the harbor the next morning. The medical examiner determined that he slipped while trying to get back into the dingy. It was August. Water temp in the 60’s. No waves in a calm harbor. The distance from the dock to the mooring was less than 100’. Nobody heard anything. There were over 100 boats in the harbor. Accidents happen. A lot more happen when your drunk.
AND she didn’t know how to swim, it says. If true, she could have gone overboard 10 ft from the platform, panicked, and not been able to make it that lousy 10 ft.
If true, he should be charged at least with negligent homicide.
This story needs more cowbell.
Russki.
They would have to prove Wagner was not in his cabin, when Natalie went overboard. That would be hard to prove, if you’re dependent on the original testimony.
Oh, yes, I know what it’s like to try to get back into a boat, and as a Southern California surfer myself, I can well imagine how tough it might be with a bit of swell in the water to boot. Then alcohol . . .
Just another Democratic couple that couldn’t follow King Rodney’s advice
Exactly what I was thinking. We still have not heard anything about Breitbart’s autopsy or that of the dead coroner.
Maybe Thomas Noguchi was right after all. He was the Los Angeles County Coroner at the time and thought something was not right about Woods death and said so. The powers to be at the time had him removed from office because of it. Probably the Hollywood power brokers who did not want a scandal.
I always try to remember what many tend to forget: celebrutards are not your family or friends!
