I used the link at GOA and sent my Rep's an e-mail.

Are you sure it's a good idea to send emails? I think a letter would be more effective. To dash off an Internet missive takes little time and preparation. OTOH, a letter does and I think it has a bigger impact.

Erasing an email is also quickly done. Throwing a letter away is another matter.

Just my opinion.

It's my understanding that since the anthrax scare, letters don't even go directly to the representative offices.

I don't know if emails or letters do any good or not. Telephones are probably better if you can get through and they don't take the phones off the hook.

Letters to the Editor may help.
