What a tackle by the freshman Landon Collins. Wow.
Great punt coverage .. ND down at their own 2.

You misunderstand. I am pulling for ‘Bama, too. I just find it interesting that people who are totally disconnected from whatever say, “We”. :-)
And “Roll Tide” was a lame comeback! LOL
To: Perdogg
The Tide is spanking them.
To: petitfour
Alabama has the better athletes. It’s not close, just like when ND played Oregon State in the Fiesta Bowl several years ago.

If Notre Dame doesn’t get a TD before halftime, ESPN’s gonna start worrying about dials clicking nationwide.

I think a strong case can be made that Georgia is the #2 team in the country right now, even with two losses. One of those was the 32-28 loss to Alabama in the SEC title game.
It's ridiculous how many SEC teams are among the top-ranked teams in the country. Many of them would be national title contenders except for the fact that they play each other before the bowl season and therefore have a hard time emerging undefeated. By my count, six of the top ten spots in the BCS standings are held by SEC teams.

The Irish can’t seem to make tackles. They are getting spanked.

"I think a strong case can be made that Georgia is the #2 team in the country right now, even with two losses. One of those was the 32-28 loss to Alabama in the SEC title game." Georgia is an excellent team but two losses will prevent a #2 spot.

The Irish cant seem to make tackles. They are getting spanked. Ouch. At this point I guess I'm glad I don't have satellite/cable TV to get ESPN to see the game ... (sigh...)
