And I’m sure John Roberts wil lbe right htere backign up the governemtn’s ‘right’ to violate the constitution by claimign the supreme court’s job is ‘not to protect the citizens of the US against makign bad choices’ and informign everyoen that ‘if they don’t liek it they can simply wait for 4 years and vote in someoen else- meanwhile, we’re goign to have to endure 4 years of VIOLATIONS to our constitutional rights because Roberts is a sell out coward who refuses to do his job and protect us against a rogue government- soemthign our foundign fathers had in mind when they formed the three branches of gvoernment and the supreme courts which were suppsoed to be our last bastion of refuge agaisnt a rogue governemnt- But the TRAITOR Roberts refuses to dirty his hands with protection problems plaguing the citizens of htis coutnry at the hands of a rogue government who feels hteyu can do ANYTHUING they like irregardless of whether it’s prohibitted by the cosntitution or not
It does not follow that most Protestants are pro-abortion. Almost all of the ones I know are against abortion (and I know more than a few Catholics who are pro-abortion).
Because abortion was not the only thing that flies into the face of God he advocates. Sodomy and allowing two sodomites to make a mockery of His institution of marriage are two more. So, again, no Born Again Christian voted for the sob.
[[These commie rat-b@stards just keep on pushing.]]
He couldn’t be doign htis IF America wasn’t as far goen as it was and didn’t vote him back in for another 4 years- His reelection was all the fodder he needed to unleash unholy hell o nthsi country- He feels he has a mandate to turn this coutnry into a marxist nation because he feels that’s what the peopel want- otherwise they woyuld not have voted him back in again- The TRAITOR John Roiberts also set this in motion by declarign that it ‘isn’t the job of the supreme court to protect the citizens agaisnt bad choices’ and then said ‘if you don’t liek what you have- just wait and vote them out again’ He set the stage by sayign that so that our dearl eader now gets to say ‘thsi is whaT America clearly wants becauser they didnt vote me out
Soemthign very bad is happeneing to the spineless GOP who more andm ore are siding with hte left these days- even our suppsoed conservative supreme court judge UNCONSTITUTIONALLY sided with the dear leader- Soemthign really really stinks in denmark!
[[Ok fine- just so we know. Obama care is turning out to be the Mark of the Beast.]]
you may very well be right- in the end times, the government will try to becoem morep owerful than religion, forcing religion to bend to it’s will- however religion will make a stand- the peopel most likely will get behind relgion when it sees it being mercilessly attacked, which will force the governemnt to begrudgingly make a pact with the church and the two entities will walk hand in hand in apparent peace for awhile utnil the government no longer needs the church at which point the massacres will begin and the beast will emerge
Let’s be very very clear here- religion in this country is under an unprecedented attack by our government- never before in our history has this coutnry assaulted the church te way this present government has- and now we see the fangs beginnign to be bared and brought to light as thsi develops into a full blown unabashed unapologetic assault upon ‘the church’- They don’t even hide the fact that they are attackign religion anymore- and liek I said previously- the TRAITOR john roberts will NOT stop the government from forcign religion to bend to the will of the gvovernment
We are in a very very bad time in history here- and htere is noone and no entity left to protect us agaisnt thsi rogue anti-religious government anymore- we certainly learned that hte supreme court wil lfrom now on refuse to do it’s duty regardign our safety and constituionally ‘guarunteed’ protection agaisnt rogue government-
[[When are we going to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH?]]
We’re not- that’s not what’s prophesied i nthe bible- the ‘church’ will make a pact with hte govenrment, and the peopel will follow along and everythign will look fien for awhile- but before then, it will be just one assault after another with nobody doign anythign to stop it- just as we haven’t been doign anyhtign to stop the systematic dismantlign of our constitutionally protected rights for decades now
If EVER Christians needed a reason for a ‘just war’, THIS is it. A government forcing you to do cold blooded, premeditated murder against the most innocent of innocents is MORE than enough reason to justify all out, knockdown, dragout insurrection. Period.
it’ safer to say that very few true born again peopel voted for dear leader- just being born again doesn’t mean they are all automatically spiritually mature knowign right from wrong and always doign right- I’m sure htere were a number of true born again beleivers who voted for dear leader thinkign they woudl get handouts and freebies and be taken cvare of by their government- regardless of whether they had to compromise values or not- heck- soem are still new to the faith and don’t have real high morals yet- true born again beleivers are capable of beign deceived too- But it’s safe to say most true born again beleivers woudl never vote for such blatant antiChristian evil by reelctign dear leader for another 4 years- Even IF they made the terrible mistake of beign blidned by him the first time-
Can they also force Muslims to act against their faith, or do they get a waiver and Sharia law?
Perhaps. But it is a mark of the beast. A sign of the beast.
The prophecies in the Bible apply not only to mankind and the fate of the entire Earth. They apply to each person on a daily basis.
Employer wins relief from U.S. contraceptives mandate By Jonathan Stempel | Reuters 2 hrs 28 mins ago
(Reuters) - A divided federal appeals court has temporarily barred the U.S. government from requiring an Illinois company to obtain insurance coverage for contraceptives, as mandated under the 2010 healthcare overhaul, after the owners objected on religious grounds.
More than 40 lawsuits are challenging a requirement in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act that requires most for-profit companies to offer workers insurance coverage for contraceptive drugs and devices and other birth control methods.
Friday's 2-1 order by a panel of the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago in favor of Cyril and Jane Korte was the second by a federal appeals court to temporarily halt enforcement against people who said it violated their faith, said Edward White, a lawyer for the Roman Catholic couple.
The 7th Circuit suggested that the couple's legal challenge might eventually prevail.
Its order came two days after U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor declined to block the provision's enforcement against companies controlled by the family of Oklahoma City billionaire David Green.
The U.S. Department of Justice, which had defended the contraceptives provision, did not immediately respond on Saturday to a request for comment.
The Kortes, who own the construction firm Korte & Luitjohan Contractors, had sought to drop a health insurance plan for 20 non-unionized workers that included coverage for contraception, and substitute a different plan consistent with their faith. In issuing an injunction, the 7th Circuit majority said the Kortes had established a reasonable likelihood of success on the merits of their RFRA claim, and that the government had not yet justified the apparent "substantial burden" on their religious exercise.
The court also said the couple had established irreparable harm, because absent an injunction they would have to choose between maintaining insurance coverage they considered inappropriate or facing substantial financial penalties.
"Business owners who are objecting to the mandate are not objecting to people using contraceptives, but that they have to arrange for and pay for it," White, a lawyer with the American Center for Law and Justice, said in a phone interview. "The federal government shouldn't tell business owners they have to contract to buy what they see as immoral services and goods.
"until the 20th century, all mainline protestant churches opposed birth control . . .
So, were such folks basing what they believe on the Bible and leading by the Holy Spirit during the four hundred years or so when they taught that contraception was a sin, or are they being led by the Bible and Holy Spirit now that they teach the exact opposite?
Would the Holy Spirit teach one thing as truth one day and the exact opposite as truth the next?
The fact that "most Protestants" don't oppose birth control shows that "most Protestants", (and "most Catholics" for that matter since they ignore what the Church teaches), no longer as concerned about their relationship to Christ as they are about their relationship to their libido.
Obama would love for employers to not offer any health insurance to their employees. It would be a major push for having a single payer plan, since so many people would be looking for health care, and with Obamacare, most of the insurance companies would be working with the government, anyway.
Other than the legislation being repealed by Congress, or being overturned by the Supremes, I don't know what else they can do except widespread refusal to participate, including refusal to pay fines or taxes. Then we'd see what the Federal Govt. would do.
Cheer up one Catholic saint I forget who.. said the Church needs a prosecution once in a while.
Cardnial Dolan ..The Bishops..Little Sisters of The Poor..and many other Catholic and Evangelical organizations have vowed not to comply with the empty chair.
The Church is an anvil that has worn out many a hammer made of sterner metal then this phoney emperor and his abortion hag sebilious. I look forward to the show down.
‘what about the freedom of speech? do they lose that as well?’
Wasn’t this what the overturning of McCain/Feingold was about?
Republicans could try something new, to convince voters that O-care and Dem policies are bad for them.
Where does O-care funding come from? Congress?
What if employers told employees that O-care forced them to terminate their coverage and when they went on O-care instead it was crappy?
Republicans lose to O because they don't have voters support and they live in delusion telling themselves that the polls are all lies. They should try reality and fighting back.
The individual O-care fine is so small that once young adults figure it out they will just pay the fine, then they will get insurance once sick.
That will drive rates up for those not covered by employers.

It would seem small to people working forty hours a week, but the first effect of Barry Care is that the 28 hour work week will become the norm.
Worse than the USSR or Nazi Germany? Really?
