Best news Ive heard all day..the power of prayer works. Get well soon President Bush
Glad to hear it! I want to see him skydive on his 90th birthday! :o)
I hear you. :-)
I said to the wife he skydived on his 80th and asked if she knew if he did it again on his 85th but she didn’t know. It seems he was going to but but don’t recall if he did, his 90th would be good. LOL!
Yes, he did jump on his 85th.....I love that man!
Just saw Barbara Bush being interviewed by grand daughter Jenna. The woman looks sensational.
Thanks, BamaDi. That’s really something! He a good man.
Which one Barbara or Jenna
Wonderful news!
Good news! He’s been in my prayers over the last couple of weeks.
Former President George H.W. Bush Skydiving on his 85th birthday---VIDEO
Thanks, Smooth.
That was a good landing, probably a lot better than the one in the South Pacific. :-)
Smiles here. That is a big relief. Prayers for his continued recovery. A few more singing sessions with the “Oaks” should have him home in no time. :-)
Grandma Barbara was interviewed by grand daughter Jenna. The woman is a gem. The crux of the interview was daughter Robin dying of leukemia so many years ago and the great job St. jude’s does with the cure.
Let's keep praying!
58 combat missions and the Distinguished Flying Cross.

for service as set forth in the following
CITATION: "For heroism and extraordinary achievement in aerial flight as Pilot of a Torpedo Plane in Torpedo Squadron FIFTY ONE, attached to the U.S.S. San Jacinto, in action against enemy Japanese forces in the vicinity of the Bonin Islands, on September 2, 1944. Leading one section of a four-plane division in a strike against a radio station, Lieutenant, Junior Grade, Bush pressed home an attack in the face of intense antiaircraft fire. Although his plane was hit and set afire at the beginning of his dive, he continued his plunge toward the target and succeeded in scoring damaging bomb hits before bailing out of the craft. His courage and devotion to duty were in keeping with the highest traditions of the United States Naval Reserve."

Good to hear the news! George Bush really went down hill fast after he and his wife hopped on the segways. I have a hunch it played a part in all of this. Sort of like those wagons you see in grocery stores, once you start using them you don’t get out. I’ve seen perfectly healthy normal elderly people get into them and a year later they’re 100 pounds bigger and barely able to walk to the car after they get out of them.
Yay Poppy! He may get to parachute at 90 after all.
Glad to hear this.
Keep on keepin’ on, Old Bushie!
