Obviously da Ho really be hangin it up because of the sneak email addy deal. This situation likely goes way beyond EPA and its time to try to head us off at the pass.
I’m with you in hopes Congress keeps this investigation going and not letting this switcheroo blind them.

That’s racism and sexism. White males can be just as incompetent as Lisa Jackson, if not more. Judge her by the content of her character, which contains zero preservatives, MSG, vitamins, minerals, or protein, but is high in sodium, saturated fats (especially in her head) and carbohydrates.
I still remember the New Zealand sheep rancher's tax revolt when their government tried to levy a tax on sheep farts. They were chantin... "WE WON'T PAY YOUR FART TAX, NO BLEEPIN WAY!!!" (that was between 5 and 10 years ago)

Lisa Jackson, the head of the EPA, was the protege’ of marxist Carol Browner (International Socialist Organization).
Their goals were to cripple American industry with rules and regulations that bordered on insanity, and nearly got away with it.
There are legitimate environmental concerns that could need pragnatic laws and regulations, but the marxist assault was all-out warfare against free enterprise.
It will be very interesting to see who is nominated for the empty position. Look for one of the heads of the Natural Resources Defense Council, Earthjustice, the Sierra Club, or the Soros front, Campaign for American Progress to be chosen.
The marxist left is the greatest threat to the economic environment of America. Treat them as a they enemy because they are.
The scary thing is that President Richard Nixon (R-Watergate Hotel) established the EPA and OSHA.

Actually a democrat Congress created the EPA as democrats controlled Congress during Nixon’s term. Yes the idiot signed the bill but he is one idiot and democrats created the EPA ( the laws behind it) and the laws behind almost all the government agencies and gov spending. Presidents can’t write legislation although the Obama communist is abusing that power.

I was 5 years old. Just be careful about trusting Wikipedia as a source. The amateur editors are only 96.7% accurate. (which is 4x the rate that the biased liberal networks and papers) I added the decimal points to lend an air of scientific certainty.:-)
If you think about it , the common knowledge is Nixon created the EPA , but can Obama just create an agency called the gun control agency? well it can’t without violating the constitution, but it probably will try to .
Not just you , a lot of freepers have told me the same thing about the EPA :Nixon’s fault , I guess after that it was Bush’s fault then the GOP’s fault always something but never the fault of the evil commmunists ( the democrats) who actually created almost all of this government mandated by their laws they wrote and passed.

You'll notice, tough, that Obamugabe wants Joe to head up the special commission looking into guns.

That's where Free Republican comes in. That's where we come in on all of Obamugabe's BS.
That's what happened when they prohibited oil skimming after the Gulf blow out. Their rulings applied to ships' scullery oil. The regulations behind that applied to toilets onboard small boats. The law behind that applied to boaters dropping trou within site of beachside communities.
There are a series of requests by such communities for the gub'mnt to use its authority to control the trou droppers.
Track down those requests and have them rescinded by the beachside communities ~ almost all of whom have Republican government ~ and those rules have no more reason for existing.
I’m always happy to see a liberal leave office but I’m always concerned about who will be the replacement. I don’t know who can push for more burdensome regulations than Lisa Jackson but if anyone is up to the challenge of finding someone worse than her no doubt it’s Obama.
