Hillary's time came and went. She lost out to an upstart nobody on her way to her coronation in 2008.

The Dems are smart enough to not make the Pubbie mistake: nominating an old, over the hill hack.

Clinton in 1992 and Obama in 2008 showed them that youthful candidates have much more appeal than old fogies: GHW Bush in 1992, McCain in 2008, Romney in 2012. Dems are probably already grooming their next, while the GOPe are stuck on Jeb it's his turn Bush.

Obama limped across the finish line in 2008. Hillary almost closed the gap. She has now become an American institution. She has her own brand. Hillary will be the first woman President just as Obama was the first black President. The Dems and the low information voters will eat this stuff up. Hillary will be on the front lines of the war on women. Hispanics love her more than Obama.

Why would the Dems nominate anyone else when they have a lock with Hillary? Hell, Bill Clinton's current approval rating with the public is 65%.

TG, you need to argue about Hillary with Kabar. He seems to think it’s a done deal.

I do not think so, not for a minute.

I do think the Dems are in control for quite a bit in the upcoming future.

But Hillary and her ugly self?

I really doubt the Dems will do like the pubs, nominate the old over-the-hill.

They’ll groom a Susan Rice or one of the Castro brother or some such to take over the helm.

Why would they be so dumb as to go from Obama to Hillary?

I don’t see it.
