This isn’t about thinking, this about taking our guns away

Great article: why won’t our government examine the linkage between drugs and mass murders?

I don’t understand any American wanting to take away one of the rights we have. If the 2nd amendment goes then the 1st is not far behind. This is so UNAMERICAN I can’t stand it! If anything we should get more rights. I guess the Patriot Act proves me wrong.

Figure out where you are going to hide your guns. Don’t cooperate. Use passive resistance.

The author was speaking of Britain when he said, “Were guns restricted here because of crime? No, they were restricted because the panicky British government thought there might be a revolution.” But he could have been talking about any government, at any time.
Gun bans have NEVER been about crime. They have ALWAYS about the PTB keeping the masses at bay, to keep them under the government thumb, to keep themselves from being overthrown.

There's one very large group of victims which the lib media never brings up: all the women killed by their ex-husbands because they had no weapon to oppose the mostly stronger male who many times used weapons other than firearms to kill their physically weaker ex-spouse. I don't know how many times in my life I've read a news account of a woman murdered by her ex-husband shortly after the breakup.
Many times the woman was killed in public or emerging from the courthouse after the final papers were signed. I've never heard mention that any of these females were armed and managed to fire back at her attacker. The numbers of these dead women have to be in the thousands. Having a firearm on them certainly would have prevented a great many of those murders.

Everyone knows that...It's purely political at this point...the same "I won" philisophy that's killing us.
The joke is Fast and Furious proved that the Black Market is alive and well and is chomping at the bit for another market.

If the government were to try to confiscate guns the battle would make the Civil War look minor in comparison. Gun control is a dream of idealists that works only in their Utopian world.

Try reverse psychology, make it a mandatory federal law that everyone must be armed 24/7, anyone resisting the law subject to federal prison.
Then see what happens.
There is some townships that actually have such laws, should be applied to more places.
