Funny story....I was set to have the carpet cleaned before Christmas & I decided to pull out the computer & clean & asked Big T to straighten out my cords. Now I have no sound & two drives are not connected.
That being said I couldn’t get to a lot of my Christmas music so the thread is kinda short! LOL
After Christmas I should find the time to straighten things out. :)
Now, that is a bummer.
You’re going to need a tech to sort that out.

Forgot to plug in two USB connectors for the external drives.
Speakers plug into the light green jack on the back of the computer.
