They have played it very “close to the vest” and I trust they may reveal more at 6 this evening. Is that still on?
There is no announced specific gun(s) “ban” yet ... just rumor (which we know will end up being true) that there will be an attempt to ban certain guns. IMO, they are keeping their powder dry until they see exactly what Biden, et al will propose. The Leftists will over-reach and there will be plenty of ridiculousness to oppose. To make assumptions now will just give the media/Obama/Biden ‘ammunition’ to say that the NRA is unreasonable, etc. Let the Leftists put their “ban” proposal on the table first, then hit it head on with the outrage from gun owners that will ensue.

I thought he made some very good points, especially (paraphrasing) "We protect our money in banks with armed guards, we protect our politicians with armed guards, we protect our towns with armed police, but not only do we not protect our children, but the politicians have designated and advertised their schools as gun-free zones, so that insane killers know that they can go into the schools to kill our children with no fear of armed opposition."
They're proposing a "smart" alternative.
