John Kerry is remarkably unfit for any responsible post.
As demonstrated by his bizarre offer to McCain in 2004 where, as his Vice President, McCain would have full control of foreign policy and national defense.
In other words, Kerry had no interest in actually being President, he just wanted to play the President on TV.
