1. Someone at the school buzzed in a maniac, armed with two handguns, and carrying a rifle. While a handgun can be concealed, a rifle... not so easy.
2. There was, apparently, no one at the school able to stop the perpetrator (no one armed).
And since, Mr. Murdoch, you seem to lack the ablility to draw even simple conclusions, allow me to spoon-feed you:
Adam Lanza could have achieved the same result with a pump-action shotgun, or a few sticks of dynamite (E.G. Bath School disaster). He just happened to use semi-automatic firearms, instead.
3. You, Mr. Murdoch, and Fox News (along with the other 24/7 media) are partly to blame.
Your media empire, and the other 24/7, hand-wringing, hyperventilating, if-it-bleeds-it-leads media outlets, continuously make people like Adam Lanza, Jared Lee Loughner, and Seung-Hui Cho famous (or infamous).
No longer content simply to put a gun in their mouths, people like Lanza now choose to go out in a way that will make them famous/infamous, forever. Thanks to the ad infinitum and ad nauseum coverage provided by 24/7 cable news, they can become even more famous than people like Charles Starkweather, Richard Hickock and Perry Smith, or John Dillinger. And they know it.
4. I don't need some hypocritical, leftist Australian billionaire, likely with armed body guards, and living on a gated compound, with high-tech security, telling me what guns I can, or cannot, own.
“Someone at the school buzzed in a maniac, armed with two handguns, and carrying a rifle.”
I’m not sure he was buzzed in and here’s why. On Greta’s show, the tape was played of the police radio band. This was from the beginning of this. At one point, a cop says the glass in front of the school was out. That makes me think he may have blasted the glass and stepped through the opening and he was in.
