What good does it do you to hide your guns if you are going to cower when they come for them?

I saved this quote from another FReeper about hiding guns: Too many want to bury their guns. Our guns will do no good if buried and not used against those who would deny us our basic rights. I think every gun loving American should buy an AK variant, such as a Century Arms Polish Tantal, and a tin of 1080 rounds of ammo, both together for around $600 (less than the cost of your average handgun), and mark with GPS and bury them in water proof PVC, in addition to keeping the one’s they have on hand.

If many people did this there is no way that there would ever be a successful confiscation.
