THE AMERICAN TRIBULATION: Can the greatest nation in history survive 4 more years of Obama?

Unthinkable. A cataclysmic disaster. The end of America as we know it.

That pretty much sums up how millions of Americans regard the re-election of Barack Obama.

Already, the White House website displays petitions from all 50 states bearing the names of hundreds of thousands of distraught citizens demanding their state secede from the union. States likewise are targeting the Obama administration with a major nullification movement. Meanwhile, Republicans engage in media blame-fests, denouncing each other for their devastating failure Nov. 6, while liberal pundits – pretending to offer them helpful advice – counsel Republicans to abandon their core values and move further to the left to gain more voters.

But amidst all of this sound and fury, the big question remains: What do the tens of millions of Americans – those who see Obama’s re-election as the national catastrophe it really is – do now? With four more years of the Obama juggernaut, with government still spending amounts of money only physicists can comprehend, with an average of 68 new regulations being imposed on Americans every single day, with devastating economic meltdown imminent and the world daily becoming a far more dangerous place because of the U.S. president’s scandalous failure of leadership, what can and should right-thinking people do now?

This difficult question is dealt with forthrightly and comprehensively in the December issue of WND’s acclaimed Whistleblower magazine, titled “THE AMERICAN TRIBULATION: Can the greatest nation in history survive 4 more years of Obama?”

I don’t think we are dead, but need to rise like a Phoenix. Whether it is in our current form or some other, such as a breakup of the US and we survive as a rump republic, who knows, but at some point, the torch of liberty will burn again. The big questions are when and how.

Given you are a Brown's fan, I understand your pessimism, but I think we can turn things around. It's just not going to be easy. In my view we can't afford to think election to election, but need to have a longer term (e.g. next 8 years, next 16 years etc.) vision.

I strongly believe that we have to out-intellectualize the Democrats in the public arena, and make ourselves out as the ‘fresh’ choice and the smart choice. I don't mean pseudo-intellectual. I mean genuine ‘here are the facts, here is the best course, these are the reasons, here is the best way to modernize health-care, here is the best way to deal with global economic challenges, these are the best ways forward with our technological development, these are the best ways to facilitate economic growth and simultaneously have the best environmental policy, etc. etc. Doing this is just one necessary step.

We must also be strategic in the groups we go after, and start finding seams in the Democrat's coalition that we can use to split off some of their support. This is most definitely doable.

There are a lot of other things that need to go on this list, but the truth is that we actually do have the fresher and smarter message and plan, and if we do a better job making that clear we will be okay.

“America” is not a geographical location. We all need to read our Founding Documents, hunker down, prepare as best we can, live as best we can. The cynical political elite have enriched themselves feeding at the trough; most of them are multi-millionaires to Monopoly money fortunes. May their ill gotten gains perish with them. I continue to pray for ‘em, that the Lord will grant them correction. - The Governments of Man are altogether corrupt. The real America was the last best hope of man on earth; so now - Maranatha!

Our country needs to go back to a love and fear (awe-struck respect) for the Lord and obeying the 10 commandments.

Why did we not have government entitlements before the 30’s? General Judeo Christian values. The commandment against coveting (wanting your neighbor’s stuff) and against stealing. People were downright ASHAMED to take charity (aside from occassional help from family during down and out times, for as brief a period as possible.) They were ASHAMED to run up debts. Things were evaluated on moral values rather than just “what can I get for myself” mentality”.

Marriages and families were strong because people respected the commandment against adultery, there was not a huge population of single moms, therefore no need for a huge percentage of the population to look to big daddy government. Etc. Etc. Almost all of the categories of people who are causing the ruination of this country would not be doing so if they feared the Lord and obeyed His word in the Bible.

It’s as simple as an old time Sunday school lesson.

They didn't have half of the country sucking at the government teat. Nor was the Union taken over by Marxists who hated the founders. Neither the North or the South had become taken over by a bunch listless, self loathing "progressives". Neither side would recognize what America has become today.

Do you really think the American people reelected the Marxist/Muslim usurper- positively the worst president of the United Stated in American history?

Absolutely not. The only way Obama won was through massive voter fraud.

Almost every major Conservative website has put out an article charging voter fraud- Breitbart, American Thinker, Atlas Shrugs, WND, The Blaze, Front Page Magazine, Fox News, The Daily Caller, Town Hall, Human Events..

What most refuse to acknowledge is that it was unlikely that ANYBODY could have beaten the voter fraud planned and perpetrated by the Obama machine. They seem to prefer pointing fingers, blaming Romney and blathering on about who to run in 2016 and how to suck up to the minorities.

So how did Romney lose a race that numerous reputable polls and pundits predicted would be an easy win, based on historical patterns?

We can not wait for 2014 and 2016 to regroup and figure out new strategies. By then it will be too late. The Marxist/Muslim usurper will have completed his planned distruction of America. That's what people fail to understand.

We must act NOW.

Start with the election. If we let the Rats get away with this massive voter fraud, we're no better than a bananna republic.

We must keep digging and pounding him every day, in every way we can- phony birth certificate, Benghazi, Fast and Furious, his hidden life, records....

Can't you just imagine this was the scene with Obama and his Commie staff after stealing the election through voter fraud- while Conservatives blame Romney, argue, point fingers, blather on about who to run in four years, 'starting a new party', and try to figure out how to suck up to minorities the 'next time'?

The premise of my retort was simple: America is worse now because we have degenerated as a culture. Being fooled by a politician once can happen. A nation who voted for Bambi a second time with all the evidence pointing to him being a Marxist destroyer is far worse.

Without a cultural change, it's done (not saying it's impossible, but it is FAR worse than anything prior)

We are not worse off now than when we were killing each other with bayonets. Or when people were literally starving in the streets during the Depression. Or even than during the horrible upheaval of counterculture during the Vietnam War.

We’ve survived worse. Then again ... conservatives had a backbone back then.

I don’t disagree that a cultural change is needed. We’ve had them before, we can have one again. We had one in the 60s. We had one again in the 80s. We had one to get from there to here. Culture is malleable. Change it.

Four years of Carter woke people up and brought on the prospersous 80s, 90s and early 00s. Eight years of Obama could very well do the same.

We’ve survived worse. Repeatedly.

The depression was bad, but people banded together, and they starved far less than you are suggesting. The Sixties were only the beginning of the downgrade we now face. Fact is...IMHO this election was goung to be 60/40 R/D or 55/45R/D......and was stolen by the bankers....
