Remember that attack on an airbase where they zapped 4 US aircraft and six of our guys?
They’d repeatedly seen shady people trying to steal fencing at exactly the point they later ended up getting through. But the stupid ROE forbid our guys from FIRING on them.
Why?
Cuz stealing fence is not really an ATTACK, right?
But in fact it WAS. Nice, huh?

My nephew just got back from there. (Praise the Lord) As an MP he said you couldn’t even question a suspicious person on base much less hold them for anything. Don’t get him started on the ROE either.
