It looks like the Iranian Navy really wanted people to see its new submarine. In a live broadcast on state TV on Wednesday, the Islamic Republic showed off a new Sina 7 submarine that is painted in an unusually bright turquoise blue hue...

    Do those three guys make up the entire crew? Looks like it... One to pedal, one to fire the single torpedo on board, and one to pray they don't die in their three-man blue coffin.
 Holy cow, they must work in the prone position in that thing. You couldn't pay me to get in it.

    I am not an expert on submarines ...but that sucker looks like it is very small....and a reject from the 60’s ....
The conning tower is six feet tall...

    I think it is a six man crew, but as other have said, you have to factor in the engine room, fuel tanks, ballast tanks, the battery, torpedo room, sonar, radio equipment etc. before you can even have empty space for the crew to move around.
