Is “Surprised” the Obama 2.0 version of “Unexpected”?

I still expect that the GOP will wimp out again, but notice something. The Leftists in the Senate and White House are getting a bit arrogant.
Arrogance equals temporary.

” . Its a serious blow to his credibility.”
WHAT credibility?

It worked like a charm during the first 4 years ...
So why would he do anything different? It worked!!! Change requires not simply words but true intentions. If we buy lies then we will get lots of them coming our way.
If you fool me once, shame on you ... if you fool me twice or a dozen or multiple times shame on me!!!

My favorite "Surprised" quote is from "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation":
Eddie: You surprised to see us, Clark?
Clark: Surprised Eddie?... If I woke up tomorrow with my head sewn to the carpet, I wouldn't be more surprised than I am now.

I hadn’t heard about them wanting to give the President unilateral control of the debt ceiling.
Another unconstitutional dictator - like power grab from the Stalinist wanna be.
Obama is communist scum.

When this story appears in your local paper sent them this as a letter to the editor about the situation...
"That jug-eared fool smoked pot in college, bows to foreign dictators, and let four American diplomats die in Libya because he was afraid of getting a bad headline you're going to listen his fiscal cliff plan? Don't make me laugh!" (I copied this from another Freeper)

"I still expect that the GOP will wimp out again"
-I actually think the more Obama talks the more insulted the Republicans will be which will actually transform them into not wimping out. I also am seeing signs that it looks like the longer this debate about not cutting spending the more democrats look bad to the public. Republicans should stretch out this debate as long as they can because the longer it goes on the more the Democrats look bad to the public. We are looking at an Obama miscalculation. Why? because the mandate that people gave Obama the reason why the voted for him was to protect social issues NOT be fiscally liberal. The vast majority of Democrats are actually fiscally liberal.
To: Democrats hate too much
I meant the vast majority of Democrats are actually fiscally CONSERVATIVE.

I could never be a senator.
I’d counter offer by climbing up on the table, dropping my drawers and leaving a steaming pile right in from of Turbo Tax Timmy.

Right now what the Republicans should do is vote to continue current tax rates through 2013. Then either the Democratic Senate will vote against it or the President will veto it. Then one the first paycheck in 2013 when everyone's taxes goes up the Republicans should say "we tried to stop, but the Democrats raised your taxes."
What they will do is surrender in late December.
Nuts!

McConnell said Obama ought to be embarrassed
Of course part of the problem here is that Obama lacks any sense of shame whatsoever.
