1. Collect a lot of various data values for a list of countries.
2. Pick out which countries you want to win or lose.
3. Have computer calculate weighting value for each data point to give you the order you want.
4. Look for unacceptable results (like the US looking good) and if there are none publish your results as mathematical proof of your prejudices.
