Obama, Romney, they’re both the same. Romney would have done this.

Ya know, the thing that pisses me off, and why I dropped the NRA, is that their superPAC will donate to the election/re-election of any Democrat who convinces them they're pro-gun.
After which election, said democrat will vote in lockstep with Obama on every issue.
The NRA needs to step back and see the forest, and delete any and every "D" from their contribution rolls.

And not long after Obama floated the idea of banning semi-automatic firearms, we learned that California Senator Dianne Feinstein was working with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives to draft new legislation that would ban semi-automatic rifles, shotguns and handguns, so-called high capacity magazines, and rifles and shotguns with pistol grips. Reportedly, Feinstein wants to make it illegal not just to sell your guns and magazines, but to leave them behind in your will. It will be interesting to see how NRA A+ rated, NRA endorsed demonicRat Senator from West Virginia Joe "Rat-Bastard" Manchin will respond to this legislation.
The NRA has very little credibility.

Voters have unleashed a new beast on the political landscape. An America-hating radical activist ideologue that will not be held accountable by the media and is not accountable to the electorate. The tree of liberty is dying of thirst.

We gun owners find ourselves once more under attack from our own government, and half of us have nothing more to offer than bitching about the NRA.
The enemy is reading this, and smiling. I would be too, if I were they.

Look for the United Nations to stick its Leftist beak into American firearms ownership, highly increased state fees for processing permits, and for many states to seek HEAVY taxes and/or other fees placed on each and every firearm owned.
Potentially worse yet, Obama will, in all likelihood, have at least two supreme court appointments in the next four years, at which time he will nominate extreme Left wing, anti-gun, radicals who will make the Soviet praesidium look like a boy’s club.
Given the obvious Republican penchant for rolling over, spreading, and calling out, “F*ck me again, Democrats!” there may not be much resistance to Obama’s Machiavellian pressures.

If passed as it has been represented so far, Feinstein’s new “AWB” will be the most sweeping, most extensive, Massive, intrusive, most ‘infringing’, and anti-Constitutional anti-gun law ever passed.
It will deny the intent, and the letter of the Second Amendment and several other Amendments regarding personal property rights.
Compared to the weak and ineffective first AWB, it will be more restrictive regarding many more, if not most rifles in private hands today. It will confiscate at some point, private property. It will go down in history as the turning point where gun rights started to end in a very big way. It will be a legal, Constitutional, and political nightmare as this sort of legislation ALWAYS is.
It will be the biggest disaster the Obama administration can possibly inflict upon itself. I almost want them to try it.

They want to ban all the so called assault weapons EXCEPT for Mexican drug dealers.
What’s scary is the senate could well ratify this treaty.
