Patently false. I live in NH where photo ID was required, and 0bama won NH by 52 to 48.
Falsehoods like this call all the other assertions being made.
Now, what did happen in NH is that the NH Supreme Court struck down a law passed last year requiring college students to vote in the towns of their permanent residence, where ever that was. The law was passed to prevent college students from voting twice - once in the college town and again in their home town. Students were actually overheard boasting about this.
I’m certain a lot of “snowbirds” were doing the same thing.
What’s to stop them?
You're incorrect. In NH, people were asked to show ID. If they didn't have one (or said they didn't have one), they had to sign an affidavit claiming they were who they said they were.
#13 Barack Obama did not win in a single state that absolutely requires a photo I.D. in order to vote.
There was huge voter turnout in Amherst & Merrimack,NH.
84% & 85% respectively. Ovide did not even win in Amherst where republicans outnumber dems by a wide margin.
Here, it's only the oath/affirmation they attest to when signing their name. Then, if they get caught, it's up to the county attorney to decide whether to prosecute.
I believe there were five cases in my county recently where voters cast absentee ballots AND showed up to vote on Election Day, insisting they had not voted absentee. In each case, the county attorney decided there was no intent to commit fraud and dismissed the case. That seems odd to me; maybe he's daring others to try.
Photo ID is recommended in NH, without it you can still vote by merely signing an affadavit.
Deliberate, knowing, and calculated falsehoods like yours indicate all other assertions of voter fraud are true.
According to your "logic," that is.
And that is Patently true.
