Get ready for some more 'wearing down' tomorrow at 1:30 when 0bama gives his 'I take full responsibility but not really' speech about military improprieties. Press questions afterward such as "How's Bo the dog doing?", or "Is Axelrod still keeping his mustache?".
Presidents are held accountable for the actions of their subordinates (unless they're Democrats*; Being black is a bonus!!).
