Orca had been conceived by two men—Romney’s Director of Voter Contact Dan Centinello and the campaign’s Political Director Rich Beeson.
To build Orca, the Romney campaign turned to Microsoft and an unnamed application consulting firm.
Still do not know the consulting firm.
If I were a conspiracy theorist, I would wonder why ORCA was used when it was NEVER tested and in fact I read that it could not be tested, but only used on election day. It sounds ripe for sabotage. and
Perhaps as Head of the CIA Petraeus got wind of vote fraud schemes in the swing states. or
Perhaps the vote fraud schemes and voting macine rigging were carried out by the CIA on orders from 0bama, or to avoid the threatened riots?
What the heck is ORCA? Other than something in connection with Romney’s campaign. What does it have to do with Petraeus and Benghazi and all this stuff?
