It’s not explained anywhere but here. I can’t find an official statement other than Ms. Walker interviewed by NBC affiliate on the 7th being shocked at the numbers on the % turnout.
They were questioning her on the numbers and they serve that area. Since she left it on the site as is, she deserves scrutiny. If the NBC affiliate can question the info and why it reads the way it does and get no answer, why can’t we question her first two pages, without being ridiculed?

Specifics matter. That’s what the eligibility research that I’ve done for the last 3 years made abundantly clear to me. And now the “birthers” have been legally vindicated through HI state registrar Alvin Onaka’s confirmation that Obama’s HI BC is not legally valid and the WH image is a forgery.
The people who pooh-poohed that issue did so because they were unwilling to look at specifics and take them seriously. Seems like they’re the same people now (is deport also an anti-birther, as well as Conscience of a Conservative?) doing the same thing on this issue, unless they can come up with an explanation for the discrepancies in the numbers when their accounting method is used.
