On Tuesday only one precinct had less than 113% turnout. The Unofficial vote count is 175,554 registered voters 247,713 vote cards cast (141.10% ). The National SEAL Museum, a St. Lucie county polling place, had 158.85% voter turn out, the highest in the county.
The Supervisor of Elections, Gertrude Walker, had this to say concerning the 141% voter turnout: They may have had something like that in Palm Beach County, but weve never seen that here.
So maybe Allen West wasnt crazy to ask for a lock-down on the ballot boxes and machines in this county. According to the report given the day after elections, Allen B. West garnered 52,625 votes in St.Lucie county and Patrick Murphy 65,896 votes.
This is a problem that must be addressed right away. There is no reason that there should ever be more than 100% turnout. This county alone could have cost Allen West his election. Voter fraud is real, and it is time that this be solved.
They can not win without cheating, lying and stealing
I don’t understand why the GOP/Romney team didn’t anticipate this. I know they probably expected some fraud would occur, but they should have realized that Obama would do WHATEVER IT TAKES to hold on to power. They should have been prepared to contest the election RIGHT AWAY, and have people ready to protest the results. OVERWHELMINGLY.
Is it too late now? Can he at this point take back his concession?
Ping.
When the ballots fail the bullets will not be far behind.
Is there a way a person can check to see if their own vote was counted correctly? I mean, can people check to make sure that if they voted for Romney, it was credited to Romney or was the vote changed somehow? Can’t we check our own voting records?
Yep, already debunked. Just like the 4,000+ people that voted in NC that were 112. The default birthdate for those without one in their system is Jan 1, 1900. But in 4 more years, in breaking new,s there will be screaming headlines about people aged 116 voting in NC.
So is it safe to say OBAMA LOST FLA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if it were not for the voter FRAUD!
I live in New Mexico. There are certain counties that regularly have more votes cast than there are residents and it has been that way since New Mexico was admitted to the United States.
Nobody has ever done anything about it.
I hate to say it but the report being quoted is the number of CARDS counted. Floridas ballot was two pages this year so the percentage of votes is really 70.55%. The software apparently counts total cards not total ballots. The ballot consisted of two cards and the software should have been able to be set up to count it that way but apparently they didn’t. Sorry to rain on the parade but there is not obvious fraud here. I am not saying there isn’t fraud but they haven’t got quite that blatant about it yet, at least not in Florida.

Why doesn’t the Boehner House just seat West? You know the Democrats would do it if it were them. They’ve done it before. Many times.
Bag is packed. I’ve volunteered to go there myself and I’ll call again on Monday. Just give me the word. Send lawyers guns and money for our side.
West stood for us, I stand with WEST!. Eff this, it stops here and NOW!
It just occurred to me,ballot was two sheets is probably what they are referring to as cards, 70% turnout equals 140 cards.
The problem is likely to be not so much voter fraud as incompetence, with some precincts reporting numbers from individual voting machines more than once, or the elections office unwittingly adding reports from the same individual machines more than once. Corrective mechanisms and procedures usually weed out these errors before the official tally is made and reported to Tallahassee. In this instance, there is enough wrong that the Division of Elections should investigate and the Governor should consider suspension or removal of Supervisor.
Replacing the system through the voting process isn't going to do it! So,it's time for pitchforks???
How many times does this St Lucie claim of 141% vote fraud have to be debunked??? It’s not true:

From one many other threads about this topic I offer the following:
On Tuesday only one precinct had less than 113% turnout. The Unofficial vote count is 175,554 registered voters 247,713 vote cards cast (141.10% ). The National SEAL Museum, a St. Lucie county polling place, had 158.85% voter turn out, the highest in the county.

The above is reflective of the 2 page ballot with races on both sides to be marked. Thus one voter had his ballot fed into the counter twice in order to count both pages. If you'll go look at the total votes for St Lucie cty you'll see that the actual vote turnout was just over 70%.
Here is Presidential count for St. Lucie

Some Freepers have a plausible explanation for this, BUT, I’m only seeing the explanation on THIS SITE. The ELECTIONS HEAD has said nothing other than her first interview (and apparently her last for now), that she had NO IDEA why the report read that on the first two pages of a 150 page report.
No statement on their County Elections site explaining, no statement from the Elections Director. That is what is causing the confusion. I appreciate some Freeps coming forward with a plausible explanation, but why not officials?
