This is not shocking at all.
I am willing to bet that majority of powerful men have had affairs in their life. I am also willing to bet that the same majority are having an affair right now.
For men to reach that power, it takes them decades. Their marriage would have been decades old as well... the wives will be old and shriveled by then. Wide eyed younger whores will tempt any powerful man.
Power = Money or Sex. For most, it is both.
