Judge [Jim] Crow denies Allen West's motion in Palm Beach County. He says West motion is "premature" since no the election has no official results yet; also says the legislature, not courts, sets election procedures.
A Palm Beach County circuit court hearing on Republican U.S. Rep. Allen Wests motion to impound ballots and voting machines is scheduled for noon today.[snip] West filed a similar motion in St. Lucie County.

Thanks, LRoggy :)
Took the info quickly...from TX and I'm not familiar with all FL town spellings.
not heard anything
Did he really say that?
Why haven’t all the GOP crucified him for that? So it is the man’s color of his skin to Boehner that’s important. They should call for his resignation for being so bias and speaking out against a race! He’s white - tell him to lead by example and get the f out of the way for Allen West!
need more than that LOL
those 3 counties should have their own state or better still they should move back up north and take their union ignorant ways with them
I too called, and told them to let Allen know there’s a bunch of us backing him out here in the rest of the country - and that Al Franken didn’t give up, he shouldn’t either! Lady was very appreciative that I called and said she’d pass it along.
Thank you Jane!
Not true. Col. Wests district was not redistricted. He decided to move up to District 18, which serves northern Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties. This district was once represented by the infamous Mark Foley. This was considered a safe republican district, as opposed to Dist. 22, which West fought very hard to unseat liberal Ron Klein.
In this election, Wests chosen successor was Adam Hasner, a very effective former state legislator and state senator with solid support. Many people wanted the party to support Hasner as the US Senate candidate against Bill Nelson. GOP establishment politics being what it is, pushed Connie Mack instead. Mack was weak, involved in a messy divorce to go with Cong. Mary Bono, and never in serious contention.
As a consolation prize, Hasner was aligned in the Dist. 22 congressional race against the odious liberal fmr. West Palm Beach mayor and long-time state legislator Lois Frankel.
The result of all this mess is that Mack lost the senate seat, Hasner lost the Dist. 22 House race, and West is fighting for his political survival in the Dist. 18 race against lightweight Patrick Murphy.
One last thing, I really wanted Allen West to go for the senate seat. I dont know why he didnt, but there is no doubt in my mind he wouldve pounded Bill Nelson into the dirt. The GOP really screwed this all up.
I called, also, and told them to keep him encouraged because there is a mighty force behind Congressman West!
Well, hubby thinks Breitbart was microwaved. Not that that is what I meant when I said Breitbarted.
Right on! What a combination - a one two punch!
they had attorneys for West in the room and had to wait till the voting was over to lock the place up.
What's the names of those 3 counties?
thanks for the ph number!
I just called it:
Here’s his WPB office number: 561-655-1943
they were happy to get the call!!!!
More Stolen Valor. It is unbelievably criminal to see what has become of our election process.
We should go back to the Iraqi model, dip a finger in ink, no technowizzing e-votes, no early voting, maybe even signed ballots. I don’t have any easy answers but the process has certainly gotten away from us..
Just did. Spent the money for a long distance phone call. I think Cong. West is great! Hunky too!
False.
Here's the info from Wikipedia:
Believe me - Wiki would not state that were it not true.
