It's no secret that the New York Times detests Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu -- in its news columns as well as on the editorial page. So it comes as no surprise that, after President Obama's second-term victory, the Times relishes the prospect of Bibi getting his comeuppance, big-time, from the White House.
In a post-election dispatch, Times Jerusalem bureau chief Jodi Rudoren eagerly reports that Netanyahu may have risked Israel's "collective relationship with Washington" by rejecting Obama's demands for concessions to the Palestinians and by showing a preference for Mitt Romney, a long-time friend of the prime minister.
"His strained relationship with Mr. Obama may prove more than a temporary political headache," Rudoren writes. She goes on to quote Israeli pollster Mitchell Barak, who opines that if as expected Netanyahu is returned to power in Israel's January elections, "we all know he is not the right guy" to deal with Obama. Piling on further, Rudoren darkly predicts new frictions with Obama because of Netanyahu's "hard line position on Iran." Plus, she adds, a second-term president, "freed from electoral concerns, may prove likelier to pursue his own path without worry about backlash from Washington's powerful and wealthy pro-Israel lobby."

I remember BOzo thinking he was going to take Bibi to the woodshed on tv. BOzo ended up humiliated. Ultimately, God has Israel’s back and against all earthly odds she will remain. We’re slitting our own throats if we’re counted amoungst Israel’s enemies.
Yep, perhaps we may see some arab spring style protesting too. Hopefully, isreal will keep its borders tight before code pink and friends show up nearby to start trouble. They are probably in PA territory as we speak
What can 48% of us do when the Muslim will support his brethren as he said in his book. I despair for Israel and the demise of a free America. God save us all. The lazy, entitled and the self hating Jews in this country will stand by and watch it all.
Bibi to Obama:
“If you want to posture for your audience, don’t wait for me.”
Bibi can kill Obama with one hand.
Well, you are correct in that 48% of us can mainly only give moral support. I have been contemplating what it would take to move to Israel and become an Israeli citizen. I would rather fight and die for a country and a cause I believe in then live in a country that has abandoned all that I believe in.
Of course, moving to Israel is probably just a dream and I will have to eek out survival here. In the end, God will protect Israel. God will ultimately save us, if we call on the name of his son, Jesus. It’s just sad to see the America I once loved and defended commit suicide on the sword of socialism.
As a side note, and admittedly an extreme side note, but there are commanders in various posts who believe as we do and may, I say may, commit troops or intelligence or whatever, against orders, to protect Israel. Admittedly, it’s a small outside possibility, but any and every aid to Israel will not be over looked by God.
spot on!
Satan won’t let him....
Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither
slumber nor sleep. - Psalms 121:4 (KJV)
Israel will prevail. If I was Bibi I would publicly let Dear Leader have it ! And for the NYT, may they go out of business.
You are right about executive orders...W had 62 in 8 yrs...the purple-lipped kenyan had 923 in 3 1/2....
WHO'S going to take Netanyahu to the woodshed??? !!!
Leni
This is one of the many reasons why God’s judgment is coming upon American. Be afraid, very afraid.......
Bibi needs to launch the attack against Iran. Mossad needs to destabilize zero.
and bama will get his ass beat......
If Obama and Bibi head out to a woodshed, my money is on Bibi.
In fact, he started fighting when he armed Al Qaida and it affiliates with MANPADS (20,000 are missing from Libya)
Actually, they should have known since the last 2 years of GWB. That was when we Freepers first warned them.
This won't happen. Netanyahu will win handily at election time. The vast majority of Jews in Israel know that this is Not the time to have a dove liberal leading the country with Iran on the brink of popping nukes on Tel Aviv.
In fact, Netanyahu will might not have the time to wait for the election. He might hit Iran with a preemptive nuclear strike very soon now -so as not to take any chance whatsoever of Tel Aviv...suddenly - - being Gone!
Israel Needs A Preemptive Nuclear Strike Against Iran
"...we will, if necessary, do whatever it takes to ensure our survival, including a preemptive nuclear strike."
