I don’t know if a flat tax is the answer to raising revenue, but I rather have Boehner talk of raising revenues than just raising taxes, to cover the shortfalls.
I think we have to face it... because Obama got re-selected we are going to have to swallow a massive increase - ObamaCare and all of the entitlements aren’t going to disappear. And regulations are going to make job and company growth slow.
We are evolving into Canada - it sucks, but the sheeple have spoken.

Time to let the suckers see what they voted for if Boehner does NOT set himself up to take the blame, and with the media in obama’s and the democRATS’ corner will not take much for Boehner to be the one blamed. Walk away and give them what they want. Everything and I do mean everything. Make it clear to the American people, obama and the democRATS won. May take only two or three months before the fall starts and maybe one year to reach bottom. This kicking of the can down the road is growing tiresome. It’s going to collapse, deal or no deal. Better soon than later from my perspective.
