by the way, libertarian candidates managed to get democrats elected last night in key races by cutting the vote against republicans.

time for them to take their blame.

I expect as much, but I think in the big picture they’re still a drop in the bucket. I left because I don’t see how you can support the choice of abortion (what about the kid’s rights?)or open border or a nuclear weapon in the hands of fanatics.

However, I don’t find much solace in the GOP. I would put money and time behind an effort to make the GOP a third party and have an emerging conservative party.

I’m 66 and riding into the sunset with several illnesses. So someone lead and I’ll follow.

you can pretend that libertarians are really Republicans if you want, but they’re not. most of them, if they didn’t vote for each other, would vote for a democrat
