@DavidLimbaugh Just saw update from RNC says turnout up (125%) in GOP Geauga County, OH where McCain won 57 & down 10% in Athens Cty where O won 67%.
Realize we still have 4.5 hours of voting left!
I'm hearing all red areas crammed. My wife's friend voted a few miles from us in a red precinct: 1.5 hours.
you know, some people are just negative. I don’t think they can help it.
In modtown Atlanta so it’s meaningless but a fried told me it took him 8 minutes this year to vote while last year was 45...
Hey @kesgardner how is your optimism meter? I am guessing even better today as anecdotal stories and evidence comes in.— David Limbaugh (@DavidLimbaugh) November 6, 2012
@davidlimbaugh Yes. I have yet to see even one hard piece of evidence that concerns me about anything happening today. I'm looking!— Ken Gardner (@kesgardner) November 6, 2012
No. As Rush pointed out Romney is winning the indies handily
5% of Dems are voting Romney and only 1% Reps voting Obammy
Romney SHOULD win with ease.
I have a funny feeling if turnout was going the other way the MSM would been reporting it all day.
Reminds me of when some of us tea partiers made that cross country trip in the hot summer of 2010 and packed that place like no demonstration before or since!!!
But...Rasmussen showed OH Indies were trending for Obama.
Girlfriend and I voted this morning about 10AM; predominantly black area.
Zero line.
When my paper ballot was scanned....I was #282 for the day.
Folks, blacks simply are not turning out.
When I first saw this posted I looked around the photo to see if it had just been flipped to make it look. Check their shirt buttons. If it has been flipped then they are all wearing ladies blouses. It is real.
Now that is clever! Love it!
FWIW, my very conservative precinct in Indiana, which borders, had already hit 75% turnout as of 4:00 with two hours left before polls close.
They said they were already on the verge of surpassing the record turnout of 2004 (went big for Bush over Kerry).
Not Ohio, I know, but I have to think some similar things are happening just over the border with the Buckeyes in Western Ohio.
heard Bill Cunningham- said the same thing...Romney kicking butt in Ohio...i am afraid to ask this but has anyone heard the situation in Virginia??
Don’t know who originated it. Someone posted it on a FR thread a while back and I copied it. I love it. It can be used in so many ways, like today. It’s an awesome rendering whoever did it.
Vote like there’s no tomorrow. After the last four years, this country is in need of a bit of R & R.
Newt was saying GOP is performing very well in North Virginia.
Any news regarding the Senate - particularly Mourdock and Akin?
This means Obama will have an early lead once the votes start coming in. That fact will be hyped repeatedly by the MSM until some of the GOP areas report, so please, DON'T PANIC! Ignore the blather and wait for the real numbers to start flowing until later.
Also, THE EXIT POLLS ARE WRONG! The exit polling consortium is not even doing surveys in 19 states, to save money (or to twist the numbers). Ignore them.
OK, off the soapbox. :)
What I am sure of if OH goes Red like we expect, every swing state will fall Romney’s way. Why? People like to go with a winner.
So far I’ve heard good things today and it should only get better by tonight.
nothing official from VA. Everyone is so focused on OH.
