Seems like he threw himself under the bus and made it appear that he gets hysterical in a crisis which is not seen as inspiring or leader-like.
Not gonna matter now. The Kristi Kreme suckup to Barry about the Fed storm response is a wash either direction -—no pun intended.
It is a sad state of affairs that the GOP has to depend on RINOS in the first place
Good, the fat slob screwed up and now he gets to pay.
I also thought he was an AH @ the convention.
I dont like the guy.
Not sure if it was smart of Murdock to get involved in this.
C’mon folks, this is as freakin stupid as it gets.
The idea a few words from a man who is DESPISED by the Left because he is a Union busting Republican and also despised by the Right because he is a RINO is totally absurd.
People really need to get a grip
Christie is FOR Christie. He knows he has to have thousands of Democrat votes if he want to re elected. Fat B-stard.
If the communist is reelected, Christie will be assured of any position he desires in the 0 administration.
I understand how shocking the devastation is/was...but he did not look like a leader. 0'Hussein didn't help Chrissy to look strong, either.
agree 1000%...its a foolish topic and no reason to get off message with this garbage....there’s plenty to bash obama with rather than spend energy on this crap....
But first, consider this: How would the storm have been covered if a Republican were president? And how would Katrina have been covered if Obama had been president and Bobby Jinadal had been governor? The media would likely have blamed the Republican, whichever one they could find. From what I know, there is enough suffering that the media could blame anyone they want. They did it in 2005, that's for sure.
Christie, by figuratively and literally wrapping himself around Obama, has insulated himself from most criticism by the media. Whether that was his purpose or not is another question.
Yes, Christie should re-affirm his support of Romney. He has to choose his own future (which he won't have anyway if he loses Republican support) or the good of the country.
All the shots/videos I’ve seen of Christie were of a disheveled man who had been lacking sleep.
It’s New Jersey, for G-d’s sake. Full to the brim with mafia, muslims, unions, and holder’s peeps. Perhaps I am being somewhat redundant here though.
Christie obviously didn’t think when he invited Obama to come to NJ and wanted to use it as an American ‘koombya” moment - but as Rush said, don’t think for one moment it wasn’t a political decision by Christie as well.
Christie’s stupid decision only resulted in him being used for a great Obama photo-op - with his adoring media claiming how ‘presidential’ he looked and how he reached across the isle - blah, blah, blah. Obama gave his typical all hat, no cattle speech in NJ and quickly jetted off to Vegas - leaving Christie standing there having gained NOTHING - but rotten egg on his fat face.
Agreed. Christie came across like an overwraught, over-emotional teen-age girl. Not a leader.
Come to think of it, I’m reminded of a tv appearance (on Leno, maybe?), in which Christie was asked his opinion on Palin, and he contorted his face into some dorky gag-me-with-a-spoon reaction. Juvenile, girly. and pathetic.
Much more impressed with the way Bobby Jindal comported himself, when disaster struck.
