No, just that American cities are now aware of the risks and there won’t be much of value to loot/destroy. In my area it is simply a case of raising some bridges, blocking some underpasses, even cutting some power/water, and voila! They all go home and await the hand that feeds...

Look at what happened in Kenya in 2008. Obama's favored candidate lost in the election, and his supporters unleashed a campaign of violence against the rest of the country. Eventually, the UN stepped in to negotiate a settlement, which wound up with Obama's favored candidate in control of a coalition government.
Just because you can't win at the polls does not mean it is all over...
