Same thing happened at my company. We now have all the preventative care we could ever want, but a $4000/year deductible for anything NON-preventative (including prescriptions, doctor visits because of illness, emergency room, etc). After that, the insurance will pay 80% for in-network stuff. Needless to say, there are very few swing voters left in the office.

Needless to say, there are very few swing voters left in the office.That's a VERY interesting observation. My company won't let us see the health care signup website with premium information until November 8th. Now that I consider the date, it smells of collusion to make sure that employees aren't enraged at the impacts of Obamacare until AFTER election day.
As a big DoD contractor, we should be getting written WARN Act notices by tomorrow if the company is going to be ethical and follow federal law. As of right now, the sequestration has not been averted 60 days before election day. The company has a duty to issue the notices.
