Iowa has joined Texas in warning international election observers of possible criminal prosecution if they violate state laws and get near polling places on Election Day.
Iowa Secretary of State Matt Schultz like Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott last week on Tuesday threatened Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe election observers with arrest if they came within 300 feet of a polling places entrance, in violation of state law. (In Texas, its 100 feet.)

I thought Sandy flushed these turds back to Russia and Africa.
These interlopers have no other purpose than to attempt to subjugate Americans to the idea that we should all be subjects of an international governmental body (UN, etc...)!
Like America needs some semi-socialist, European-communist telling us that we don’t know how to have FREE ELECTIONS!
Arrest them and cart them to the closest state line or put them on a plane to Washington, D.C.! Let Obama deal with them!
Perforated Blue Helmet alert!
Excellent news! Thank you SOS Shultz.
No warnings. Just move them out of here. This is one of the most offensive stories of the entire election.
These fools can go back to their own countries and help rig the elections. They are not needed here. Keep the UN out of the US as much as possible.
bttt
So glad to hear. Only in Obama land would we hear of such crap. Proud of both states. If Obama keeps this crap up he can quit his relief of an Admiral of a Carrier Strike Group to his relief of a General, as his paranoid fear that the military will revolt against him- may well be forced by him.
Good !
Can they please come to California and investigate why my vote keeps getting stolen by the courts. Why they even declared a state constitution amendment unconstitutional. Please Help us in California to have our votes counted.
Tar and feather them and send them back to the UN in a gunny sack!!!
C’mon, Michigan, get with the program!
I agree.
Where were these guys four years ago when the current White House occupant’s campaigners were acting like thugs? Where were they two years ago when ‘The New Black Panther Party’ was intimidating voters outside the polling in Philadelphia? Such nonsense. Europe is currently a joke, and not even worth laughing about. Glad to see America is still alive in at least two of its states.
Just because an amendment is passed by ballot does not make it constitutional. It makes it closer to mob rule.
I would love to see it.
Alabama concurs with Texas!
