And yet...the National Hurricane Center has steadfastly refused to issue a Hurricane Watch or Hurricane Warning for anything north of the Carolinas on the basis that this “could be confusing” when the storm is downgraded to extratropical!!
Doesn’t EVERY hurricane eventually become extratropical?
Why have a National Hurricane Center if they refuse to do their job!
If the winds are under 75mph, its not a hurricane
It needs to be labeled a Massive Blizzard
