Because it is beginning to look that way. That decision was a Presidential level decision, and the President was aware of the issue. If the order was given to stand down, and the president let it stand, that was HIS decision.

Why are people allowing him to go BACK to pre-attack? We need him to get current with the American people and up to date news releases/revelations and answer the most pressing issue NOW of “why was there a stand down order” to protect those on the ground that night?
