Rear Adm. Charles Gaouette has been accused of inappropriate leadership judgment, according to a Navy official familiar with the case.
Any of you Navy or ex military guys care to speculate on what inappropriate leadership judgment could mean?

Kind of a catch-all phrase. It’s what you use when you don’t have a specific charge or you don’t want the truth out there for everyone to see. The Navy is pretty serious about leadership. It may actually be used to try and gracefully remove the guy. Might also be a way to get rid of someone you don’t like. With the Navy, I’d bet on it being a graceful removal.

The way the military has changed under Obama, “Rear Admiral” has taken on an entirely different meaning.
