Lt. Col. "Doug from San Antonio" has effectively explained why this just cannot be. The military and State Department have protocols in place that within
minutes of the Ambassador and the Consulate being in peril the information would have been physically relayed to the POTUS. In fact, it looks like POTUS himself said, "no." This goes to the top and the man is guilty of treason.
