Wow, and this reminds me of the people who were commenting at the Conservativetreehouse site, saying that the SEALs had gone rogue by going there. Makes me think that maybe the people who were commenting may have had inside knowledge...
But how does all this fit in with the stories about a reinforcement team being called in? Is that story based on the assumption that the 2 SEALs must have been authorized to come since they did come? Or was the reinforcement team the Libyan militia that eventually came? Was the story about reinforcements being called in made up to try to cover that these guys were told not to come?
Lotta questions, and people need to be demanding answers.

Good question. Who is the Benghazi CIA Station Chief? Normally, they are given diplomatic cover in the State Dept. Was he evacuated with the rest of the embassy staff? Was Stevens himself the CIA Station Chief?
Either way, if they were contracting with the CIA, it would have gone up that chain of command, to Panetta, who answers only to Obama.

Since they were civilians, the UCMJ doesn’t matter. The penalty for disobeying an order: they get fired, not court martialed.
