It was revealed last week that movie star Halle Berry is related to former Alaska governor Sarah Palin.
Appearing on NBC's Tonight Show Monday, Berry said, "Isn’t that the worst thing you can imagine?” (video follows with transcribed highlights and commentary):
In the middle of their interview, Leno asked about this surprising revelation concerning Palin.
After scowling and shaking her head, Berry said, “I mean, isn’t that the worst thing you can imagine?”

I’m surprised that Palin would even acknowledge a connection.
Watched a YouTube video earlier today.
2008 Obama voters were asked a number of questions involving Reed, Pelosi, Frank..., they didn’t even recognize them by name.
Then they asked who had done these things, and mentioned a number of Democrat deeds. They didn’t know who did them, and stated McCain or Palin over and over again.
Then they asked who had said, “You can see Russia from my house.” Of course Palin never said that, Tina Fey did. And yet, they knew Palin had said this. Every one of them did.
Then they asked, which political figure has a pregnant daughter? Every one knew it was Palin.
I believe there was another quote from Palin they were asked about (that I can’t remember now), and they all git it right. Sarah Palin?
The startling way they knew everything about her, and knew nothing about the Democrats told me how selective Democrats are, when they perk up, listen, and believe things.
Am i supposed to know who Halle Berry is, because I never heard of her?

Halle Berry seems to be of the stupid variety. She can’t imagine worse than being related to an American patriot. But then again, that’s what filthy Communists are like.

What a vacuous and idiotic statement.
I would imagine that Daniel Pearl, American slaves, death march of Bataan soldiers, Anne Boleyn, Sharon Tate, Mary Jo Koppechne, Holocaust victims, Chris Stevens, Steven Hawking, and a million other people who have suffered horribly would probably say, Ms. Berry, that being related to Sarah Palin is not the worst thing one can imagine.

Actually, I think the “worst thing imaginable” would be related to Obama’s or Berry’s mothers.
Poor Sarah.
I can think of worse things--having a history of rocky relationships, voting for Democrats, or expressing your disdain so poorly that the inevitable comebacks are painfully obvious.
Then again, what would I know? I've never starred in a horrible Catwoman movie.
I am distantly related to Obama and I never tell anyone (except now I just did). He is not someone to be proud to have on your family tree.
