He’ll leave a martyr and be a rock star all over the world! America will be considered too stupid to realize how far ahead of his time Obama was.
I don't think so. If he is roundly defeated, he will go out as the guy who lost the Progressive's hold on the US government.
Bill Clinton is a Democrat hero because he won elections, and beat the Republicans in the impeachment effort, at least from a PR perspective.
But if Obama loses, especially substantially, he will be a pariah and a loser. He'll be marked lousy. I don't see huge speech income in his future.
