"Two Jews, three opinions" goes the famous joke. And every day, more of those opinions turn pro-Romney, as American Jews increasingly reject the collapsing presidency of Barack Hussein Obama.
Romney's surging poll numbers in the crucial state of Florida reflect his growing success with Bubbie Molly and her unemployed grandson Adam, who both thought their right hand would wither if it ever pulled the lever for a Republican.
The signs and portents are everywhere, beginning with the special election of a Republican in Anthony Weiner's heavily Jewish, New York congressional district one year ago. Now a startling new poll even has Romney performing the ultimate miracle: the parting of the blue states, winning the Jewish vote by a healthy 44% to 40%!
Florida activist Alan Bergstein described his recent experience advocating for Romney in the Jewish stronghold of Delray Beach. "Of about 100 entering and leaving the Bagel Tree eatery in that plaza, we ran into only two Democrats and loads and loads of Romney supporters. They stopped to talk to us, to congratulate us and to support us with their views of the Ryan/Biden debate. They were militant and fearless."
What's driving the Jewish exodus from the Democratic Party? Like everyone else, Jews are singing the bad economy blues. But they're also increasingly acknowledging the uncomfortable facts about Obama's hostility towards Israel and its Jewish supporters.
"Absolutely Uncertain," a 20-minute YouTube video starring 23-year-old Irina, a disillusioned Obama voter who analyzes the president's harsh treatment of Israel, racked up an astonishing 650,000 views in just three days. The Republican Jewish Coalition's video, "Perilous Times," is closing in on a million views, as anxious Jewish voters seek information outside the mainstream media to understand the accelerating nuclear threat to Israel from Iran.

“sadly, that they hate Christians”
You post this garbage on every Israel or Jewish thread.
Stormfront is where you belong, not FreeRepublic.
“I believe, sadly, that they hate Christians more than they do Muslims who are trying to wipe them out!!! Go Fing figure.....idiocy.....hatred.”
Only true of JINOS such as Anthony Weiner, Chuck Schumer and Barbara Boxer.
Observant Jews, and even non-observant ones who care about Israel, honor and respect our Christian brothers and sisters and we are naturally conservative politically. We know that the real haters are on the left. We are working hard to convince all in our communities of the danger Obama poses to us all.
Also, many of the highest ranked, most successful conservative pundits are Jews: Mark Levin, Michael Savage, Ben Shapiro, Aaron Klein.
Do not paint us all w/such a broad brush. (montag’s wife)
As for Ann Archy, I know nothing about you or your views, but since you've been here since 1997, we obviously need to give you **LOTS** of benefit of the doubt. You wouldn't have survived on Free Republic that long if you were anti-Israel.
If you are a professing Christian, you need to be praying for Jewish people and for Jerusalem:
Psalm 122:6-8: “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces. For my brethren and companions’ sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.”
Which also shows their limited understanding of history and politics.
While I won't call him an antisemitic, it's no secret that FDR didn't care much for Jews. Well, I guess it is a secret to the Jews, since they keep voting for antisemitic Democrats in droves.
It profoundly disturbs me that so many American Jews are so ignorant of what is taking place around them here, and to their fellow Jews in Europe.
I always thought that the instinct for self preservation was primary, but I sincerely think that for many Jews it has atrophied.
Stockholm Syndrome
Well the man knows nothing about Nixon as he has no idea that Golda Meier knew the USA was their ONLY hope of surviving in '73 and called Nixon to help. He did and supplied to Golda everything she needed immediately.
When an Arab coalition led by Egypt and Syria attacked in October 1973, beginning the Yom Kippur War, Israel suffered initial losses. The US took no action for several days, until Nixon ordered an airlift to Israel (after speaking w/Golda), taking personal responsibility for any response by Arab nations. Nixon cut through inter-departmental squabbles and bureaucracy to initiate an airlift of American arms. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Nixon
Powerful video. Must see for everyone.
and they think that the only reason that Christians love Israel is something about converting them and the end of the world stuff that Protestants believe in (which i know NOTHING about).
My MIL said that they pray for Israel at Temple and I asked her why then is she going to vote for Obama, and she said "oh, he'll be better for Israel than Romney"!
I then said that Romney was PRO-Israel and a friend of Bibi's and sadly she said "Bibi? Bibi?...oh, he's the President of Israel, isn't he?"And you all wonder why i knock my head up against the wall!!!!
Thanks for giving me the benefit of the doubt....
I’ve been becoming increasingly depressed to see how many otherwise nice, smart young women seem to perceive themselves merely as pieces of meat. All that counts are their “reproductive choice(s)” I’ve seen otherwise lovely young women attack Romney for his often improperly perceived position re PP/working women/single moms/contraception and abortion.
One young woman ranted mockingly, playing on Romney’s response to the ‘women’ question, that all she ever wanted was a full time job where she could get off early to go home and fix dinner for kids. Leave aside that nearly two years after obtaining a Masters degree, said ranter cannot find a meaningful full time job, with or without time to fix dinner for herself much less kids she cannot afford to have or which she apparently would readily abort. Classic Obama voter.
****....so many American Jews are so ignorant of what is taking place around them here, and to their fellow Jews in Europe.***
They can’t be ignorant - but how many Jews choose elective office in order to ensure the survival of our Constitution and American freedoms here and abroad?
I expect most families guide their children to become prosperous both materially and intellectually (in law, science and medicine). That may very well be where they are converted/perverted.
With a signup date of 1997, I'm glad I was correct in guessing there might have been a misunderstanding.
I tell the TRUTH and some freepers go Freakazoid!!
And that's how you dance the Freakazoid!!
Thanks markomalley.
Please send them the article posted here. It sums up the overwhelming reasons why your in-laws are delusional.
...ABORTION! Its ALL they care about...
Now why they care so much about ABORTION is beyond me. There is nothing in Jewish law, history, or tradition to suggest that abortion be acceptable solely on the demand of the pregnant women. Essentially, the mother's life has to be in jeopardy if the pregnancy continues in order for abortion to be permitted.
Furthermore, although too many Jewish women are obsessed about abortion, I have never met even one Jewish woman in my life who was known to have had an (induced) abortion. So they seem to be hypocrites in that sense.
(1) I saw a list of Romney's foreign policy advisers. About one third of them are Jewish!
(2) Is Mitt Romney (a Mormon) himself a Christian? I don't want to get into a theological argument, but it's safe to say that some Christians would answer "NO" to that question. Besides, that isn't an issue in this race.
(3) FWIW, I can tell you from my Jewish perspective that Mitt's father George was well liked and respected by the Jewish community in Michigan when he was governor there. There was no religious friction whatsoever.
"Adam?" Bubbie Milly's grandson is named for the First Redneck? The guy from the Trailer Park of Eden?
It's certainly a good thing that all those Blacks and Hispanics in the Democrat party are all Jews! [/sarcasm]
