Less than three weeks after parting company with TRN Michael Savage will now be syndicated by Cumulus. His show, "The Savage Nation" will go live on Tuesday, October 23rd. Co-chief Operating Officer John Dickey said, As we aggressively create radios most compelling mix of show hosts the addition of Michael Savage is a milestone in our determined efforts to provide our listeners nationwide with the best programing in the business."
In late September, Savage said he would be off the air for "some time." according to his website. He posted a message on his website that said, "after a grueling legal battle that cost him and his family dearly, Michael Savage can announce he won." Savage filed a lawsuit against TRN in 2010 over his contract and says he is "now free to work with whomever he wishes in the radio industry from this day forward."

Evening, rather than drive time, but at least the Doc is back!
Yea, right......Hope he got a lucrative contract because his show was dropping later and later in AM local timeslots.

Yeah! I’m going to make it a point to seek him out again. I was listening to an old clip of his, mostly Robin of Berkeley speaking. He was doing one of his interviews where it sounded like it was edited later. I like when he interviews people, even if it is edited, because he lets the guest talk. Now, when are you going to be baaaaaaaaaack, the jogger?
Better ‘late’ than never!
Welcome back, Dr. Savage!
Then how will we know when the aliens invade
How do you know they haven’t already.....
That;’s what I get for not listening last night.
9 PM EST is good for me in the Philippines (10AM).
For those who want ANY program at your own preferred time.
DAR.fm is a great service for automatically recording any radio program, for playback whenever you like.
I use it for recording Rush, and I am now listening to today’s Rush as I type this.

"theories of a programmed reality, in which we may be living in a giant simulation"
I have long believed that we could be in our Creator's video game -- who is probably the equivalent of some 14-year-old nerd in a real world.
I think that C2C stuff interests Savage.. and he's good at tying things together in a stream of consciousness.
.. and it would make for a much more interesting show than what he has for lunch everyday.
Not much of a listener.
I have my bedside set on KFI LA and usually catch the first half hour. Hear what the show will include for that evening, but not much detail.
Best wishes!
I will try and have to find him on the air next week.
At least I can listen to his show. I cannot listen to the radio at work, so I miss his show.
The other guy I like to listen to is Rush even though he is different than when he started out when he had all the various update theme songs.
In my old job I could listen to the radio, but I cannot in my current job.
Thanks for the heads-up!! We night owls will be there!!
I’ll be tuning in 8:49pm sharp!
Ok, great news, so far the only station that I know will immediately have Savage is KSFO, I can stream that live at 9pm est but does anyone know of a station that Savage is going to that will provide podcasts?
I need to podcast his show and listen the next day at an earlier time, maybe Dar.Fm is the way to go, is it complicated to use?
Can’t wait!!!!! Thanks for posting.
Good news. Cumulus is big. This move will instantly put Savage on hundreds of stations. Looking forward to it.
“Dar.Fm is the way to go, is it complicated to use?”

Dar is easy to use, and free for one program per day.
The show will be in tracks. One Rush takes up about 12 tracks
that play in succession.
If you get distracted, you can go back and click on that track, or start over.
I have exchanged a few emails with the guy that runs it.
He will help if you have any problems, or you can ask me.
For real time streaming of most any radio station, I use www.tunein.com It is also free.
