Of course Obama was spouting off then too, so you heard none of the part where Crowly admits Romney was right.
The debate was supposed to allow responses to comments.
Several times Crowley cut off the debate without allowing Romney to respond.
Obama took a question and answered it. Romney got to respond. Crowly asked Obama a follow-up. He responded. Then she refused to let Romney respond.
Romney would up with three minutes less talk-time, and Crowly became the third debate member telling Romney he was wrong.
