Chuck Todd @chucktodd Romney hasn't been same since the Libya question and "act of terror" mistake Obama used the word terror. It is not clear exactly what he was talking about ..He never CLEARLY stated Libya was an Act of Terror. Take that with the claim that he later said it was video/protest. He did not say ACT OF TERROR
