Of course, the Slave Party will cry foul as a campaign activity in kind, over supposedly non-partisan public airways they control absolutely without paying a dime.
The Slave Party needs a reminder .... this is no more ‘foul’ than the government telling defense contractors to ignore the LAW and not send out notices (before the election) that layoffs are around the corner .... and sticking taxpayers with the legal fees, etc. for noncompliance with the law. It’s out and out blackmail - send timely notices prior to Nov. 6 and ooops! you may not get that government contract you were counting on.
I suppose the letter qualifies as the 60 day notice prior to lay off
They are as this is not the first business owner that has done this. They see it as “VOTE FOR ROMNEY OR I’LL FIRE YOU!!!”
instead of a truthful heads-up. If Zero is re-elected, many businesses will cut back, go into hibernation mode on growth, or completely shut down. I know, I’ve talked to the owners. Venture capitalists are sitting on the dollars, scared to make a move. The business community has been holding it’s breath for four years and they are waiting to exhale on Nov. 7th.
