It was speculated that Stephens brokered the initial deal. Now that Quadaffi was dead and the Brotherhood (who had visited the White House) was coming to power, now Obama did not want evidence out in the Libyan countryside for some investigative reporter to piece the story together. So after leading from behind with thousands of surface to air missiles Obama wants them back. Please, please, please note that this has not been proven. It was the view of Beck from military people whom he had spoken with that this is what happened. BUT, though is makes sense, IT HAS NOT SO BEEN PROVEN. I do not want to lead you astray!
