Yes, I know. Obviously that’s why the Coptic churches have (apparently) fairly hefty security. (They were purportedly volunteering to go help our Embassy in Cairo!) But the account from “Diep” makes it sound like what was going on was considerably beyond the norm: I don’t think they’d have volunteered to help defend the U.S. Embassy if they’d realized how big the attacks on themselves would be.
The totality of what Diep says is perhaps more important than just the attacks on the churches — not that I want to minimize those attacks.
Also... Sometimes an average Freeper (like me?) who doesn’t have lots of time to spend here on a regular basis, or lurkers / occaisional visitors, should be reminded of continuing atrocities. IMO.
That all said, I think “Diep’s” account needs a little more substantiation before being posted as a separate thread.

I know exactly what you mean. I work 60 hours per week in my small business and travel 50k per year. But for me this is so important to the future of our country I have to make time as do many here.

I can “dig it”. If we compared notes, they’d probably be pretty similar.
Regarding the “crucifictions”, I tried to do a little digging. Some older reports from August refer to 3 crucifictions also, which in turn may be based on just one, of (apparently) a (political) opposition media member, or other killings several months back, which also refer to 3 executions. There is a lot of conflicting information, but here’s one link with a fairly lengthy report and more links:

Granted, WND is not a “neutral source”.
“Diep” in the audio clip of 10/9/12 seems to be pretty specific about the “three priests” being crucified in the turmoil, around 9/11/12, but I can also easily see how the earlier stories could morph into his, through hearsay passed along. I can also easily see how this could have occurred as he states, as clearly all hell broke loose on 9/11/12. So, the “three priests” remain a question mark. If he said he’d seen one or more crucifictions with his own eyes, that’d be a little different.
Other aspects of his story, like the warnings in Egypt prior to 9/11/12, and the escape to Israel, seem plausible. If true, dang, he should sell his story for a million bucks. It’d make one heck of a movie!

Sounds plausible to me. Perhaps Stevens had proof of the Administration providing guns to the wrong side in Syria. Maybe O has a Muslim agenda. It all stinks to me.
These terror types are animals. Looks like the link you refer to is all happening in Yemen. Now that terror types have inforced Sharia law.Vermin.
Also an interesting theory at nro and elsewhere about Stevens being a pawn in getting back the blind sheik. A trade of hostages.Theory is that Stevens knew this and refused to come out of the burning room and may well have died of smoke inhalation.Either way,IMHO, Chris Stevens was truly a brave patriot and died needlessly.

We ALL know the system is corrupt, but if nobody suffers from their corruption, then why should we expect corruption to decrease?
